Hi Everyone,

These court cases that photosynthesis updates us on (thankyou also) is it right to assume that a finance deal has been reached but the result of the cases are what is holding the announcement back?

Or they are 2 things running concurrently. Still no finance decided on..............and the court cases are another issue. I am of the latter. Because the outcome of the national company etc will determine the financier.

I am sure we all have different slants on it but happy to hear.
