He's a socialist and extreme one at that ... that means by definition that he believes that the state or the people should own or control all the means of production. If they now want to 'be present' in the entire production chain of Lithium where does that leave LPI? Is Grau saying that the National Lithium Co will be in the production chain of LPI? If so it's a joke, and how is an FTA that the Chilean Govt can drive a truck through going to help out?
