    All sounding very cosy with the state. It looks like a collaboration is done, the devil will be in the detail but any fears of a Mexico style monopoly can be put to rest. All we need is certainty around this alliance and it’s happy days. I’m looking forward to a resolution this month. It’s been a drag on the price.
