I guess my next question will be how much detail will be published, and how "complete" the policy will be, and maybe it's just a consequence of translation, but the quote:

"which President Boric will present in a general way this Thursday from the Salar de Atacama."

and the use of the word "general" leaves the question of "completeness" open to interpretation.
