I think tomorrow is the day! I would be surprised if it is delayed again, because now it is reported that Boric himself just made a public speech saying it will be presented tomorrow. I dont yet know what time but we will probably get the details of the time today. The government will want the press to be there and at the right time so they will want to tell people.
