The mining royalty is comparable with other regional nations, and IMO from a Stage 1 project financiers perspective it is likely pretty important to have in place before definitive agreements are signed.

Along with this, sometime this week we should hopefully see more info about the National Lithium Company from the ministy of mining and a tender for writing up the bill, which should include the base-line information about private-public % ownership in partnership under various scenarios, such as when the private company owns the property and the concessions.
