I was reading more about the mining royalty and looks like it might not affect our project. Here is a quote from an article published today.

"He also added that the bill removed the allusion to lithium from its title , as originally established in the parliamentary motion, raised by four deputies in September 2018. In any case, the idea of taxing lithium sales had already been removed from the initiative, in its processing in the Mining Commission. Thus, the project only mentions mining, and in its articles it defines that the products considered for the purposes of this law are "mineral substances of a concessionable nature already extracted", something that Marcel, remarked, excludes lithium due to its protection from constitutional rank."

So perhaps this is a non issue for our project.
