    interesting! and would fit with my point re: China might fund/get our Maricunga project (based on Joe Lowry's point that China might be particularly keen to secure Chilean projects/resources, less wary of the NLP "socialism" flavour, rather the opposite). China might just grab our project, before we can even blink (and we are not even that big, so they might just see us as appetiser - an amuse-gueule from a 3* restaurant, if you want ).
