Bitola, the rumour was a demerger without BRZ and Borda Group would have been 3 for 10. NOW that the split will occur with existing BRZ and Borda shareholders post-consolidation, I very much doubt the 3 for 10 is still on. Also, a lot will depend on the state of the equity and lithium markets at the time of the demerger. Its anyone's guess. I have parked by demerger enthusiasm in anticipation for what the LPI Board and management can deliver from the current data room deliberations with Mitsui and/or other(s).
