The issue between ALB and Corfo has delayed Fulin Group, Samsung SDI to build the cathode plan in Chile.SQM has agreed to the price recently so I hope these guys will commit funding to start construction within this year. This means that Fulin will likely to sign offtake agreement with LPI to secure more resources.
Codelco got the mandate to start extracting lithium and they have $400m that can be utilised. Patience will be rewarded grearly.
We also have the Chillean billionaire on our side.
Low volume in the past few months suggesting rerail holders selling out and bots buy/sell with little volume.
