    180mil is on the lower side for maricunga (51% - controlling stake) plus all other properties of LPI... LSC lithium (listed in canada) just got sold for 112mil on 15th Jan (was trading at half that value on 10th Jan ), it has below avg Li grade & crap properties... but probably very smart mgmt!!
