But I have to ask - Why do you consider any business with an optional debt facility for a minor component of their future operating expenses to be unfunded in any way?

Setting up a prior credit facility would seem to be standard business practice and good forward planning to me!

I also have to ask given this objection of yours to LYC how any of the other possible REE producers come even close, as most have none of their funding in place and may not be able to fund their operations at all in future! If LYC is no good why would you have any interest in any possible REE producers at this time?

By the way I do appreciate your comments Julia even when I disagree with your reasoning as I do in this case.
