They should offer the deal to ALL shareholders and see how many accept. After all, if selling some shares at 10% discount is good for the remaining shareholders, then selling even more shares at the same discount would be even better for the remaining shareholders. Right? Remember, the price is being held up by the buyback, but this deal I expect would wipe out all the loose cash LRF currently has = no money to continue buyback = no share support = decreased price. I do not like it in its current form, even if the NTA would increase.
