I agree entirely with the sentiments expressed so far about this "deal". However, I also can appreciate what management is trying to avoid - a dump of the shares on the market. What does come to mind is that if the "deal" goes ahead, then a shareholders' class action against management could be possible. I doubt if any of the firms which specialize in this would be interested since LRF is only a small minnow!
