Other than trying to cap the SP at 2c, why would Mr 20m units dump his holding in one sell order?
Surely they would be able to get a better return if they staggered the dump with a series of buy orders, burleying the water for a feeding frenzy?
One big dump will spook buyers and give him his 400k a lot slower...
