Yes. If they were genuine, they'd have said "look, we're doing our best to get permits but under the local authorities we're dealing with, the timeframe could take from x to y". Instead, they've said "we'll definitely drill by (insert random past date)" even though they have no permits.
That's why I think it's purely a lifestyle company.
