he specifically precluded other facts and circumstances
deception and misleading conduct redefines a contract
the argument goes like this:
..ya sign it ya own the outcome of the fine print
the only time you will be given a break is if you were spun a load of complete toss..and with that guff cloading ya brain cells..pretty well anybody would have been decieved
then the courts will give you a break
