We are testing the very bottom of the channel again (as we did previously between the 4th - 10th August). On that occassion we bounced off the support at 3.7.
If there is a positive, it is that today's trading ended up with a dragon fly Doji (circled in red) on the chart, possibly indicating a reversal of the downtrend, but tomorrow's trading will be needed to confirm one way or the other.
If 3.7 breaks tomorrow then we are likely going down towards 3.2 / 3.3, while a close at 4.1 or higher tomorrow likely reaffirms the support at 3.7 and we continue on until the Cloud 9 news drops.
