if this is said after s/p pullback or after a period of consolidation then it has high chance, but not when s/p has gone up x8
pre-TH it had three black candlestick and price was at the top of recent uptrend which suggest potential reversal
also that recent C/R @ $0.16 should keep the price lower (at least hit 16c), imo.
