As you say, 4 tenements, all with good neighbours, in favourable and potentially valuable locations and preliminary assessments showing reasons to be optimistic BUT each one (if it's a valid conclusion) worth an average of $6M if the MC is relied upon (4 times 6).
Neither of us are rampers but what other assessments can we make other than a serious under-valuation.
