Personally the gap looks suspect to me because it was created without any substantial news (IMO).
Not every gap closes (there's still some open on our chart way below our current SP), but given this run seemed to meet significant resistance around 11 and 11.5 cents, a retrace to close the gap wouldn't be out of the ordinary.
