CGs off promoting some other company he's on the board of at the moment, can't remember where i saw it...but i definitely did see it.
Surely as MD of LRS and with the timeline he has provided he should be focusing and putting all efforts into this.
Definitely don't give em anymore shares if you can avoid it...unfortunately most of the time they get a 'yes' by default, when it should really be the other way around....i'll see if i can dig up where he's at.
