I’m not a miner, but you would have to think that if someone wanted to pitch a bid for LRS, now would be the time to do it while lithium prices are low, project economics are now public via the recent PEA and our market cap is trading at 19% of our NPV.

on the flip side, maybe large companies and instos have a negative view of investment into Brazil? Looks like Sigma never received a takeover offer until they started production. However the lack of M&A on Sigma until recently may have more to do with theair register which from memory includes A11 Fund which owns close to half of the shares and the Sigma CEO Ana C, also owns or is a director on A11. So pretty difficult to get a takeover over the line.
