Is suspect negotiations take a little longer, if things get locked down within a month that would be an amazing result. Effectively 14 opps in the pipeline. I suspect maybe 3-4 potentially offers close to what they’re looking for. The longer it gets drawn out the chances of a not so optimal deal occurring.
I feel confident in CG’s ability so I’m remaining optimistic.
