Part of the these discussions will be access to some sort of data room / due diligence.
Given the current MC some parties may be thinking it could be timely to lob a TO offer, a decent premium now could be seen as cheap in 2-3 years time.
On the SP. US markets seemed to like the Jobs / employment numbers. The right balance, so we are likely entering a Santa rally period IMO. Friday likely risk off and the MRE update being seen for what not is, outstanding. The decent run for the sector allowing investors to rejig portfolios.
Would not hurt to come back and back test the 20c level this week. PLS has a gap on its chart at $3.58 and AKE at $8.80, I would be surprised if these do not fill.
