The key to the offtakes will be how much pre-development funding LRS will receive from the off-takers to pay the capital cost of developing the mine and what debt they will need to raise - hopefully very little equity will need to be raised. Getting offtakes is almost guaranteed but the amount of pre-development funding the off-takers are willing to cough up is the BIG unknown.
