I just went through the spp announcement dated 06/07 and it's actually offered only to existing shareholders and not to sophs. Also it"s limited to raising $627,293 no more. so I don't think it's a pump and dump, it"s either a leaky ship, heavily oversubscribed or something happening with Integra regarding it's right 10% stake in LRS and/or li in Argentina. I just bought in the options LRSOC, definitely worth a punt
