That is their business model, they get in early and sell for a quick 100% + profit. You and I both know if they just held it could be for a 1000% profit, but they dont want to hold mid or long term, they flip and move onto the next.
It might sound like a horrible business model but it is actually very effective, they arent usually holding long enough to watch a company fizz out like many spec stocks do (not saying LRS will) and if they can do this to 10, 20 or 100 spec companies a year, that is a huge turnover.
They dont care about news, or the future of the company, they have a sell price +/- and that is what they sell at.
