Li is heading for another fomo run IMO.

I believe that the majority of people who are in a position (and have the appetite) to invest in this sector are all still financially healthy, despite the doom and gloom - as a result of the past few years in property and shares.

There is still money searching for a "home". Property isn't going to be that home (nice pun?) right now as it won't be bottoming out for quite a while. Conversely I believe most stocks in this sector have passed the low and I personally wish I had more cash to throw at it.

Even though I just acquired property in W.A. (W.A. won't drop like over here in the east imo - and I got a bargain with over 7% yield), I have still significantly increased my stock portfolio over August - "significantly" is relative to my circumstances.

Just to be clear, I am only a small player - single Dad with 11yo PRINCESS who is my #1 "investment". I'm hard working and not yet wealthy (grateful to be happy and healthy).... but I'm gonna be .... what started as 5 figures will soon be 6 and aiming for 7 by 2025 (insert fingers crossed emoji).
