every cr*p stock rising...

Reading HC has become such a blast from the past.

All the stocks from the "tech" boom are rising ( and not neccessarilly tech...CFR, BKS, etc etc). To qualify, just be a cheap stock with billions of shares on issue. So many companies that dont ever seem to make money, have never to my knowledge made money. but always talk of "potential" are seeing rises, people are talking less about actual money and more about "potential", guys in the street all seem to know brokers who can get placements cheaper than the stock is trading on the market, or inside info...must be getting experienced if this all seems so familiar.
