I have spent about 4 or 5 months in this hotel for work over the last 4 years.
It is half owned by the gagadju corporation which is an aboriginal mob.
They charge around $250-300 a night for a room but the rooms are only full during the dry season.
The crocodile hotel will never be big and if ERA ever closes down then expect CCH to flop...ERA was not making money for years , its only since the uranium price has risen.
So imo a bet on cch is a bet that ERA will keep running.

I wouldnt buy it personally but each to their own.
