I think the board wants Interga’ votes, Interga has 180.4m shares, Interga also participated in the recent placement so they have more than 180.4 million share. For 180.4 million shares, 2.8% dilution (diluted by 73 million performance shares), which cost Interga 5.1 million shares (180.4*2.8%), and to compensate it, the board gave them 9 million performance shares.
In summary, for most shareholders, basically the directors took $2.8 from your pocket for every $100 dollars you invested.
