I'm by no means a pro at this share trading stuff, and yes, share dilution is a concern for most people for several reasons, so you were fair in considering it.
Does a high number of shares on issue result in a market cap stalling, however? Nope.
A high number of shares on issue (in general terms) just means that you are likely to be spending the same amount of money to buy more shares at a lower value each. What most investors will look for, when deciding what to invest in, is a company's market cap.
LRS is sitting somewhere around $450m at the moment. Regardless of whether we have 10 shares on issue, or 2.5 billion, the market cap ($450mil) is what the market has collectively decided we are worth.
Forgive me if I've just explained something you already know, but perhaps have a look at LRS' peers market caps and their respective shares on issue to see what we are aiming towards as we work towards production.
