Remaining oppies once converted provide around $25m - I guess this will be used for studies, further drilling and working capital. Possibly enough to keep us going till roughly late 2025 given we currently have ~$50m right now already.
I think you’re right, an offtake partner will likely want a % ownership and this is where some dilution will come from. If they’re willing to pay for a significant amount of capex then this doesn’t have to be a bad thing.
