I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. Skin in the game with partners is good and often at a premium not a discount.
I don’t think we need anymore raises to “sophisticated investors” etc unless they are going to be hit up to include submitting a sub holders notice so we can keep an eye on them.
Better an OEM .
