Sigma share price seems to be under pressure, not sure why if they are being circled for a takeover? Possible scenarios:
1. Someone is manipulating the price down but seems unlikely for such a large cap.
2. It is just general Li price pressures and a reaction to their financial poerforamce.
3. Suitors have had a good look at the company and not showing interest at this price.
4. Worse scenario is this rogue ex CEO has got dirt on them such as corruption in the Assays and MRE numbers and fraudulent activity - highly speculative there though.
Something does not add up though to see it drop so much if there are active bidders circling.
