28 million sold short yesterday lol
Which means that most or all of the shorts were taken out in that after market activity.
Would not be surprised if the reason for the shorts is that there simply isn’t enough sell side volume to allow the ASX300 funds to buy in without sending the price rocketing up.
Just my theory and not fact.
Those shorts will need to be bought back - which I’m assuming will happen in todays after market.
