Again, it is fascinating to see the impact of financing in a dry market.

As much as I dislike dilution as a shareholder it gives me greater confidence when management can raise from sophs and instos. There's a clear-as-day narrative here.

The experience we have with this team is really paying off, delivering on all fronts.

Outside of a mine explosion, what could derail this now?

Curious to get the subs thoughts.

    For example:

    • shift away from EV adoption
    • a new technology that makes lithium redundant
    • policy change in Brazil

Each of these has its own probability percentage attached to it but I'd say IMO the one with a higher risk could be a move away from EV adoption although low (maybe a 2-3% chance of this happening). The cost of living and reduction in the middle class really impact buyer's decisions. Personally, if I'm being honest I'd buy an EV mainly because I like the tech but what stops me is the lack of infrastructure available to charge, and where I live at the moment the logistics make it rather challenging.

It's an extreme example hence why I say a low single-digit change in terms of probability.

Curious as to what everyone's thoughts are - things that are hard to predict for and outside a system of control.
