First thing I would say is I hope the 2 new appointees negotiated good termination contracts considering the company basically told the world they are for sale. Lol

Or is only part of the A10 stake for sale now?

Like you say Debt and cash is the usual way to finance. They tend not to dilute shares as much as here in Aus, mainly because they can have better access to capital than here.

But given the fact that A10 has such a big stake, unheard of on our markets, then I am wondering if they are looking to do something with the share structure if the company is not going to be sold as a whole. Given the current price unlikely any sale as no one is going to sell below ATH prices so early in the production coming online into a depressed market IMO.

LRS makes sense as a buy for Sigma to consolidate Li in Brazil. The next Vale, but for the lithium sector??
