A big part of the problem is the sector. I have several lithium and electrification watchlists, with a mix of quality and speccies. Only two stocks are green today, the rest is red.
When the supply pinch comes and the spot price comes back, there will be a flood of people looking to get back into the lithium space. Our share price will rebound - and with good news, it will rebound strongly.
All of LRS officials' public (media) statements have been positive since the last major announcement. There is nothing to suggest bad news on the horizon. On the contrary, based on the history of good announcements in recent history, we know we have a cracker on our hands, so positive news flow is expected.
I am massively overweight on LRS but the share price is getting to levels where it's almost time to add more.
