Hottin's writing style is reminiscent of a certain blue downramping chartist we all know and love. Interesting.
To me at least its obvious that it's been a while since the last material announcement and there has been pressure on lithium prices and wider market conditions - which has spooked some (likely predominantly retail) investors.
All signs that I have seen point to the plan coming to fruition over the next 3-6 months which should carry a nice rerate. If it does, naysayers are going to be kicking themselves that's for sure.
My position is a strong buy at this MC/SP.
