This particular anomaly on the latest image isn't very well defined plus there are some light clouds around so it could just as easily be something other than a rig. Salinas is also now in wet season and the local area around Salinas is now pretty dense with foliage making it less easy to spot new rigs.

But (let's assume it is a rig) I think the owner of that tenement may be in the same situation which Slipstream is (i.e. some sort of legal / financial difficulty) - so a rig in that tenement could indicate LRS is doing some DD before determining whether that tenement is worth putting a bid on.

Some large assumptions in what I've just written although it's already been validated in part given we now know that the rigs we've seen in Slipstream's tenements over the past few months have been ours.
