I'm a psych by trade, I don't post often but could see a few were struggling. Yes cophot I agree 100% if watching these threads/share price action is damaging best thing to do is get off them. Things that we struggle with the most are the things we cannot control. If you don't accept it for what it is you just prolong your suffering.
