Two companies down the road from us are aiming for late 2024 and late 2025.
Atlas lithium claims late 2024 but still doesn’t even have a JORC and has not done a scoping study (but says they’ve already ordered the modular plant). From what I’ve heard they believe they can get away without submitting baseline environmental data but they are running the risk that the govt will simply say no and they’ll have to go back to the market with delays.
Lithium Ionic is proposing an underground mine (which I believe means less permitting because there’s minimal surface disturbance).
