As is obvious the 2 are inter linked.
Most investors are quite obsessed with the S/P.
Funding a viable operational mine is huge Capex anywhere in the world.
Very rare to see projections not blowing out...big time.
LRS is rated on potential.I am merely trying to assess the risks.
As for 'sovereign risk'-Latin America is a very volatile..environment.
