I think China will be more inclined to invest in Brazil than either Canada or WA simply because China and Brazil are both BRICS members. BRICS is the coming economic powerhouse of the world economies. It would make excellent sense for Australia to seek membership of BRICS. Political considerations would probably make that unlikely but from an economic point of view Australia and NZ would be much better off joining BRICS.
