Just look at the global spod production stats to quickly see the miniscule quantity produced in Africa for 2023. That source only provides minor quantities which are of inferior quality to date. Also, it is unlikely that any further downward price manipulation by China really has much effect at all on the LRS SP while it remains in the pre-production stage and with off-take prices yet to be negotiated with future customers. The stage is set for a major upswing in prices & demand by mid 2024 with fewer high quality suppliers able to supply as the EV take-up ramps up even higher.
