I don't think the timing of an offtake agreement is impacted by spod prices (at least based on my reading so far).
The agreements seem to refer to spot pricing as recorded by various pricing research firms (like SMM) and therefore whatever the current spot price is doesn't matter because the offtake agreement will price the spod at the time it is sold (for LRS this won't be until H2 2026).
Am I off the mark here?
