This is brilliant. I think many are at "11" at this point, The classic buy high and sell low which had felled many a retail investor. A guy I played golf with was a big hedge fund guy. He was explaining to me that a big fund has no "feelings" like a retail investor. But they certainly benefit fromt he emotional decisions of others.
