I did an analysis of WC8 to make sure I was not missing anything as I do not get why it’s MC is nearly double LRS.
My conclusion is that WC8 is very overvalued compared to LRS or LRS is very under valued. I do lots of comparisons between deposits and stocks to get a view of value (under or over) as it helps to make better informed investment decisions.
I also concluded I am not missing anything about WC8. I was stunned that 36% of all assayed holes for WC8 had NSI ie no lithium (62 or 171 holes). The weighted average grade of the remaining holes was 0.88%. I am not aware of any Australian producing lithium mine or one in development or one the has down a FS or SS that has a lithium grade less than 1.0% along less than 0.88% Happy to be wrong.
Details of my analysis are in this link.
